This app is exactly what is advertised and works great. Specifically, it seamlessly integrates our Shopify orders with Netsuite. It automatically processes shipment information and charges credit cards when Item Fulfillments and Cash Sales are generated. Setup took a bit of time, but their service team is very responsive to get us up and going.

The team at Robust is very responsive and I am a big fan of the UI of their app. The ability to open sales orders in Netsuite directly from Shopify is a very good feature. There is a wide variety of customizations that you can do and the app is very straightforward.

Its a good app and does a great job. My roles last 15+years have covered a number of complex Netsuite implementations... this app works, good people to work with, they care to help you out and make sure the solution works.

We use the Robust NetSuite Integrator on both of our sites to sync orders with NetSuite. This has been a game changer for us. Plus, the support is great! I highly recommend the app to save time and money if you are on NetSuite.
