We offer a full refund within the first 30 days of your app subscription. If your subscription exceeds one month, you will not be eligible for a refund.
 
The maximum refund amount is equal to two months’ subscription cost and applies in the following cases:

1. The app did not function as expected for a specific event.
2. An issue raised by the customer was not resolved within the defined TAT (Turnaround Time).
3. The customer was incorrectly charged.
